Terms and Conditions Governing Membership

[Subject to revision by Re-marriage.com from time to time]
[Applicable for Paid and Free Services]

DEAR USER:

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTRATION.
By registering yourself, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.
You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

MEMBERSHIP

Mode: By registering your Profile by remittance of fees, you become a Member of Re-marriage.com

Membership is not automatic: Right of admission vests with Re-marriage.com. You become a Member upon due acceptance by Re-marriage.com, of the Profile/Payment.

Length of Membership: You continue to be a Member till u get settled :

Re-marriage.com discharges its obligations to you by rendering of its Services to you; or
Termination of the Membership by either of us.

1. Re-marriage.com makes no warranty that, the services will meet the requirements of the members. If any information provided by the member proves to be inaccurate, Re-marriage.com has every right to refuse, terminate or delete the profile from our database any time without assigning any reason. Re-marriage.com serves only as a medium of contact information and offer their services on best effort basis but does not take responsibility of any misinformation given by the members.

2. Re-marriage.com reserves the right to withdraw, modify the schemes if any, change their terms and conditions of service, increase or decrease the membership or other charges from time to time without any prior notice/intimation, or assigning reasons for that, and without any liability.

3. After completing the enquiry of Bride/Bride Groom then fix the marriage. It is fully parents responsibility. Re-marriage.com will not be held responsible for any misinformation.

4. Membership is non refundable & not transferable under any circumstances. If members fail to get suitable life-partners in one attempt, they can try again and again during the period of display, without any further charges, as new candidates are coming in every day to add to our list. Till the member gets married.

5. The membership ceases immediately after the member’s marriage is over. Hence it is the bounden duty of the member to inform Re-marriage.com to cancel their membership soon after their marriage is over.

6. Please make clear the status of the member is Divorcee, Widow/Widower. Other family particulars, Kids information etc. Detail in membership form.

7. Please check the Divorce paper or any other papers, certificates etc. by yourself. For any wrong or improper information Re-marriage.com will not be held responsible for that.

ROLE OF Re-marriage.com

Medium of Interchange of Information: Besides the provision of the services, Re-marriage.com acts as a platform for all its Members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that Re-marriage.com will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members. Re-marriage.com is not the agent of any Member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. Re-marriage.com will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the Members, though it may facilitate amicable resolution of such disputes.

Right to form Consortium/Associates: While providing Services, Re-marriage.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your Membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Re-marriage.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Intellectual Property Rights: All rights [proprietary or otherwise, as the case may be] including copy rights and trademarks in respect of the services, content, information and data available on the non-public domain of the Re-marriage.com(re-marriage.com) website vest with Re-marriage.com. You are not authorized to alter, modify, delete, copy, reproduce, sell or transmit any part thereof in any manner whatsoever.

Confidentiality: Re-marriage.com will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by Members. However, Re-marriage.com may divulge such information as may be required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability:

As to the Services: Re-marriage.com provides the Services on an “as is” basis and does not warrant in any way with respect to the merchantability, suitability or adaptability of the services.

As to the infrastructure: Re-marriage.com promises to take all reasonable efforts for the continued, secure and uninterrupted availability of the Services. However, Re-marriage.com disclaims liabilities for interruption or non-availability of service, loss or damage of data due to infrastructure, mechanical and systemic failure/breakdown or due to events like rioting, war, Acts of God, Acts of State. In no event shall the liability of Re-marriage.com exceed the value of the Service[s] paid up by the Member.

As to opinion, offers and advise: All opinions, offers, advises, statements, predictions made available through Re-marriage.com's websites are those of the respective authors and Re-marriage.com shall not be deemed to subscribe to or deny them in any manner.

Termination of Membership: The Membership may be terminated by either of us by serving a written notice on the other. Re-marriage.com reserves the right to terminate the Membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any Member in breach of any of the terms. In no case the Membership fees shall be refundable. These terms and conditions will survive the Membership.

Suggestions, Complaints, Disputes: Suggestions and complaints are to be first addressed to Re-marriage.com to its Customer Support Department at support@re-marriage.com.

The Membership is deemed to have been entered into at New Mumbai, India and the laws of India will govern the Membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way touching the Membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act [Indian Act] at New Mumbai before a sole Arbitrator.
