Click on Membership Plans Under My Memberships on the left of your screen and choose the appropriate Paid Membership.

7. I placed an order, and afterwards I was given an Order ID. What is an Order ID?
The Order ID uniquely identifies the matrimonial order placed by you. After you are given the Order ID, be sure to make a note of it and save it for later reference. When you correspond with the Customer Support team at Re-marriage.com your Order ID will help the team to quickly track your order details.

8. How long does it take to activate my membership after I place an order?
If you are making payment online the membership will get activated automatically once the payment is confirmed. But if you use to pay offline using a cheque, demand draft then the membership is activated within 2-3 working days.

9. I have already paid for my paid membership but my matrimonial account is still not active. Why?
If you have sent us your payment via demand draft it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your Paid Membership will be activated only once we receive the payment. We will notify via email once we receive payment and activate your Paid Membership. So please be patient. Optionally, if you made payment via your credit card online, and your account is still not active, then it is possible that we suspect a violation of our service agreement or require some more information from you. Also, it sometimes takes upto 12 hours for notification to reach us. Once again, we will get in touch with you via email regarding the status of your account so please be patient.

10. What is the refund policy of the Re-marriage.com matrimonial service?
Since Re-marriage.com allows it's members to communicate with other members before they pay, we generally do not refund membership fees. This policy while providing value for money for Re-marriage.com members also ensures that the company is protected. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Re-marriage.com management.
